Operator and scope

The personal-data operator is Ladom Cleaning LLC, operating under the Ladom brand. This policy applies to the site, the estimate forms and inquiries related to arranging a cleaning.

The operator's contact details are listed at the end of the document and are taken from the single company profile.

What data we receive

Through the forms, a visitor may share a name, a phone number, a preferred contact method, a desired date, a neighborhood or address without an apartment number, property details and a comment.

Technically, the site also processes the information needed to run a session, protect the form and diagnose an error. We do not ask for ID, payment, medical or other sensitive details.

Purposes and legal basis

The data from a request is needed to prepare an estimate, clarify the scope, reach out the chosen way and agree on a visit. The basis is the visitor's separate consent, confirmed before the form is sent.

Necessary technical data is used to keep the site working safely. Optional analytics is enabled only after a separate choice in the cookie settings.

Actions, retention and protection

The operator may receive, record, organize, store, update, use for contact, restrict and delete data. Access is granted only to employees and contractors who need the information to handle a request.

Data is kept no longer than required for the purpose of the inquiry and the mandatory periods, after which it is deleted or anonymized. The primary record of Colorado residents' data is kept in a database located in the United States.

Sharing and publication

Data is not published and is not shared with an indefinite group of people. Sharing with a contractor is possible only to the extent needed for an estimate or a visit, with a duty to keep it confidential.

Cross-border transfer and marketing emails are not part of a normal request. A new purpose requires a separate basis and an update of the notice to the visitor.

Visitor rights

A visitor may request information about processing, ask to update, restrict or delete data, and withdraw consent. A request is sent to the operator's email.

After withdrawal, processing under consent stops, except where the law allows or requires it to continue on another basis.
